At Tech Discount llc, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the creative nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• A full refund is available only if the project has not yet been started.

• If work has begun and initial concepts have been delivered, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted at our discretion.

• Make if full Refund Within 30 Days from the date of the Transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• If the client is unresponsive for more than 14 days

• If the client changes the project scope mid-way

• If revisions have been provided as per the selected package

• For delays caused by the client’s lack of communication

3. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made before design work has started to be eligible for a full refund.
