At Tech Discount, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the creative nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:
A full refund is available only if the project has not yet been started.
If work has begun and initial concepts have been delivered, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted at our discretion.
No refund is available after final files have been delivered.
If the client is unresponsive for more than 14 days
If the client changes the project scope mid-way
If revisions have been provided as per the selected package
For delays caused by the client’s lack of communication
If you wish to cancel a service, contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made before design work has started to be eligible for a full refund.
